Due to the volume of furniture removals and backloads that we undertake, we are able to offer what we believe is an unique guarante.  All backloads that are booked and confirmed by ICMC are carried out 6 days a week 52 weeks a year, and on such a regular basis we are becoming one of the country’s largest backload companies.  It is due to our popularity and growth that we can arrange backloads to and from anywhere in Australia.

However due to the quantity of moves from certain cities in Australia, we now have taken our service to what we believe is the next level in backloading furniture

What is our backloading guarantee?

Once your move is booked and confirmed with ICMC, we guarantee that the day you are booked for is the day that we uplift your furniture.  While this may seem like something that should occur anyway, we have all heard of backloading companies, that leave customers hanging, waiting for a truck to arrive.  With our backload guarantee, if for some reason we are unable to collect your furniture on the date confirmed by us, then your furniture removal is free.

To qualify for the ICMC Guarantee:

• You must have your furniture removal or backload booked and confirmed by us at least 48 hours in advance of your moving date
• Furniture must be available for commencement of uplift between the hours of 7.00 am and 8.00 pm
• Have a mobile contact number that is switched on and contactable.

Our guarantee applies to bookings made for uplift on Monday to Friday to within 40km of CBD of the following cities.

• Sydney
• Brisbane
• Gold Coast
• Melbourne
• Perth

Guarantee only applies to actual interstate removal costs, it does not apply to storage, re-delivery or any other associated costs.
